Shareholder return policy
We position the return of profits to our shareholders as one of the most important management priorities. Therefore, our basic policy is to implement stable and continuous dividends, with the annual dividend per share being the greater of a payout ratio of 30% or 40 yen.
Additionally, profits generated from our business activities will primarily be retained as internal reserves and effectively utilized for strengthening our business foundation and investing in growth.
