Notice of Publication of the Integrated Report

The Sansha Electric Group has published its integrated report, “SanRex REPORT 2025.”

This report presents our long-term value-creation story centered on the growth strategy to realize our vision, “Global Power Solution Partner,” and the progress of our medium-term management plan, “CF26.” By aligning our responses to social issues with technological innovation and clarifying the links between our corporate purpose, philosophy, and each of our strategies, we deliver a more coherent message about who we are and where we are headed. In preparing the report, we referred to the IIRC’s International Integrated Reporting Framework, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s Guidance for Integrated Disclosure and Dialogue for Value Co-creation, and the GRI Standards. The 2025 edition also adopts a horizontal layout and includes link functionality optimized for PC viewing, resulting in a clearer and more accessible presentation.
