We disclose information subject to the timely disclosure rules via TDnet, the timely disclosure network of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, where our shares are listed.
We also promptly post the disclosed information on our website.
Furthermore, even for information not required under the timely disclosure rules, we proactively disclose information that we believe will promote a better understanding of our company, through press releases and our website, in accordance with the Fair Disclosure Rule.

3. Dialogue with Shareholders and Investors

  1. The officer responsible for information management oversees all shareholder communications. In order to support our sustainable growth and enhance our corporate value over the medium to long term, management executives, including directors, engage in constructive dialogue with shareholders, taking into account the nature of the shareholders and the purpose of meetings.
  2. To ensure smooth and effective communication with shareholders, our Public Relations Department is responsible for IR activities, working closely with relevant departments.
  3. In addition to individual meetings with institutional investors, we regularly hold financial results briefings for investors.
    We also actively disclose information through our website, shareholder communications, and integrated reports.
  4. Feedback and opinions obtained through dialogues with shareholders and investors are compiled by the Public Relations Department and reported periodically to the Board of Directors or the Management Planning Committee.

4. Prevention of Insider Trading

We have established regulations regarding insider trading to prevent undisclosed material information from being selectively disclosed to certain capital market participants.
We have also set operational guidelines for the disclosure of material facts and the management of confidential information.
In addition, we focus on thoroughly educating our directors and employees to ensure proper management of insider information.
