Notice of expansion of DIP type three-phase rectifying diode bridge lineup

We have expanded the lineup of DIP-type three-phase rectifying diode bridges that use a transfer mold ^* package that is compact and has excellent long-term reliability, and have started mass production.
By adding 75A and 100A products to the conventional 60A products, we are now able to meet a wide range of customer needs.

* Transfer molding is a type of thermosetting resin molding method that heats the material to soften it and then press-fits it into the mold.

In recent years, DIP (dual in-line package) type IPMs (intelligent power modules) have been widely used in the inverters of commercial air conditioners and industrial robots in order to achieve miniaturization and high reliability.
Our DIP type three-phase rectifier diode bridge product can be mounted on the same printed circuit board as the DIP type IPM as an input rectifier diode for IPM. Adopting an internal structure that greatly reduces thermal resistance and a copper heat dissipation plate, it achieves about 1/10 in volume while having the same performance as our conventional module of the same capacity, and is more than 3 times longer reliable. Achieves property (power cycle withstand capacity).
Equipped with a 1600V high withstand voltage diode chip with a mesa structure, it can also be used for input AC400V systems.
