Our company developed module type regenerative bidirectional DC Power Supply

Single machine: Output 500V / ± 180A

We have newly developed a “module type regenerative bidirectional DC Power Supply”, a high-precision evaluation Power Supply that can be freely combined in series and parallel.

By installing a SiC module developed in-house, we have achieved the industry’s highest performance in terms of response speed, high-efficiency, and dimensions * 1.
* 1: As of October 2020, as a 30kW class modular evaluation Power Supply

In recent years, each automobile manufacturer has been aiming to popularize Electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicles, and the demand for power sources for testing and simulating in-vehicle batteries is increasing.

We have developed a Power Supply for high-precision evaluation in order to meet various demands as well as to realize various outputs and flexible expansion.


【Features】

  1. Supports various output voltages and currents

    ▶ By freely combining series and parallel, it is possible to operate up to 3 series (1500V) and 6 parallel (1080A).
    (2 series 3 parallel, 3 series 2 parallel, 1 series 6 parallel)

  2. Miniaturization / high efficiency

    ▶In addition to adopting 3LEVEL PFC and DAB * 2 circuits, a 19-inch rack size unit has been realized by installing an in-house developed SiC module. High-efficiency is 92% or more (at 500V 60A output).
    * 2 PFC:Power Factor Correction / DAB:Dual Active Bridge

  3. Fast response, high accuracy

    ▶ Even when using the series-parallel, the rise and fall of 1 msec or less (constant current: 10 → 90% of the setting for both power running and regeneration)
    ▶ The setting accuracy is constant voltage, constant current 0.1% or less (FS), constant power 0.5% or less (FS).

  4. Communication with higher system

    ▶Communication with higher-level devices is possible via Ethernet
    ▶Software provision and system construction are also possible as an evaluation system

    ▶ Evaluation of in-vehicle inverters, DC / DC converters, and various batteries for electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicles
