Started accepting orders for backflow prevention diode module (3000V withstand voltage)

We have recently developed a diode module with a 3000V withstand voltage element that can be used as a “backflow prevention diode” in a 1500V string compatible photovoltaic power generation system. We will start accepting orders from March.

[Aim of release]
In the photovoltaic power generation system, the string voltage of the photovoltaic module (the voltage of one unit in which solar panels are connected in series) is increased year by year from DC750V to DC1000V for the purpose of “improving power generation high-efficiency” and “reducing machinery cost”. It tends to be. Since 2013, we have released the diode module DKA40AA220 with a withstand voltage of 2000V that can be used in the DC1000V string power generation system ahead of other companies, and have gained the support of many customers.
In recent years, photovoltaic power generation systems have become the mainstream in regions centered on North America, with higher voltage 1500V specifications, and they are being introduced into the domestic mega solar market. We are the first domestic manufacturer to develop an ultra-high withstand voltage 3000V and low-loss backflow prevention diode module that meets the conditions * for use as a backflow prevention diode for DC1500V strings.
We will continue to contribute to the renewable energy market as a leading manufacturer of backflow prevention diode modules.

* JIS C 0364-7-712: 2008 stipulates that the reverse withstand voltage required for the backflow prevention diode is twice the string voltage.
