We mounted a power semiconductor module, drive, protection, an alarm, a peripheral control circuit, as well as bare semiconductor chip onto a metal base printed circuit board with excellent heat dissipation characteristics. As a specialized maker of power semiconductor elements, we can bring together our experience in drives and circuit protection with our technology for power electronics of our power supply division, and modularize the whole assembly. This is expected to cut the cost of assembly because of the reduction in the number of parts. |
