High-speed PR Pulse Power Supply for Conveyorized Horizontal Plating Lines

A high-speed PR pulse power supply is indispensable for the multi-layering and miniaturizing technology of printed circuit boards. It is no exaggeration to say that the performance of this power supply is essential to sharply reducing the processing time in plating. In addition to the development of a high-speed PR power supply for conveyorized vertical plating for the domestic market, we have also developed a high-speed PR pulse power supply for conveyorized horizontal plating, which is widely done in China and Taiwan. The conveyorized horizontal plating is very suitable for the automated mass production because it cuts down on the initial investment cost, and is widely popular in China and Taiwan.

1. Small size, optimized for horizontal conveyance plating line performance.

The 150A (positive)/ 450A (negative) and the 250A (positive)/750A (negative) are optimal performance standards for conveyorized horizontal plating lines, and is now part of our line-up. The capacity per circuit is one half of the conventional circuit, giving the twice the output with the same footprint. The patent for the design is currently pending.

2. Environmentally friendly energy efficiency.

We were able to make a large improvement in efficiency, achieving a 30% reduction in power loss in the supply. This makes the power supply a cost saving and energy efficient unit.

3. Standard interface. (Control Input-Output Protocol)

As it is equipped with an international standard interface, centralized control through a computer is easily accomplished, and through precise control, energy inefficiency can be minized.
