Power Supply for High Frequency Induction Heating

Using induction heating has many advantages, namely no post-combustion waste,
high-energy efficiency, and the possibility of local and surface heating. As such, it has been in wide use in
industry for a long time.
In induction heating, metal to be heated is placed near the
center of the high frequency induction coil. The high frequency current flowing in the induction coils generates
a rapidly changing magnetic field around the coils, causing "eddy currents" (which produces "Joule heat" due to
resistance in the metal) in the body to be heated. This power supply features the digital resonance
frequency automatic tracing control technology that has been incorporated in our other products like our fully digital
ultrasonic cleaning device, and can be said to fully exploit digital technology to its fullest.
