Electric Bicycle Battery Charge/Security System for Bicycle Parking Lots

Electric Bicycle Battery Charge/Monitoring System for Bicycle Parking Lots

The battery charge system is used for electric bicycles in bicycle parking lots.

This system allows many electric bicycles' charge-cycles to be monitored simultaneously.

In order to meet our customers needs, the charger is compatible with all kinds of batteries used in electric bicycles, and flexible for deployment in small and large bicycle parking lots. The system can provide automatic charging in small lots by itself, and in a medium and larger size lots, the monitoring system is run through a monitoring board.

Electric Bicycle Battery Charge/Monitoring System for Bicycle Parking Lots - Outline

[Features]

1. Fast Charger

1. The charger is compatible with three different kinds of batteries (a lithium-ion battery, a nickel-hydride battery, and a nickel-cadmium battery). A single charger can charge all three types of batteries.
2. Auto charge function.
When a bicycle is put into charging position, the charger automatically reads the state of the battery and fully charges it. In a medium or larger size bicycle parking lot, the charger and monitoring board are combined, allowing each bicycle to be monitored and controlled.
3. Battery reconditioning function (Nickel-hydride batteries, Nickel-cadmium batteries).
Repeated charge/discharge cycles lower a battery's capacity. This device reconditions as it recharges, breathing new life into old batteries.

2. Monitoring board

1. Monitoring and controlling multiple chargers simultaneously, multiple communication functions.
One set of monitoring boards can monitor and control the charge of up to 144 bicycles, and can be combined with seven other boards to provide charging to 1152 bicycles.
It is possible to monitor and control two or more bicycle parking lots via a network or by connecting to the internet.
2. Automatic supplemental charge function.
When a bicycle is left over a long period of time the battery will leak charge slowly. Monitoring boards will automatically detect this and then supplement the bicycle's battery.
3. Restriction on the number of concurrent chargings.
In order to keep the amount of electricity in a parking lot below a rated value, a priority is automatically assigned and only a restricted number of bicycles can be charged.
