We have brought to market a large capacity water ionization treatment machine.

Tap water is ionized with a special electrode.

The basic principle of this system is the same as that of common alkaline water. Tap water is broken into its component ions. Near the cathode, water is acidic and near the anode, the water is alkaline. Recent advances in the industry have found that alkaline water has special properties, among them, a very mellow taste on top of its antibacterial properties.

1. five tons / hour capacity.

The tank used for the ionization process is one of the largest, and in actual real-world use, four machines have been able to operate in parallel.

2. Management of the oxidization-reduction potential.

Our customers strongly requested the ability to manage the oxidation-reduction potential of the water (analogous to the pH which measures the proton activity and the acidity), and this function is now available.

3. Blow and cleaning function.

When the machine is not generating any water, the "blow function" ensures that ionized water is not left inside the device. The "cleaning function" is able to simply clean the pipes without use of detergent.

4. Increased alert functions.

We have made it possible for a substantial gain in maintainability by including alert functions that were not offered in other models. The customer can now monitor such things as electrolysis voltage, temperature, and measure the water flow through the system.
