 Reason for a
form error message
When the referrer can not be identified after clicking the Send
button, a form error message appears.
Referer access is needed to submit the form.
[1]You may be behind a firewall (Norton Internet Security,
etc.) which prevents referrers from being accessed.

Verify the configuration of the firewall in
the user preferences. (For example with Internet Security
2002, privacy ->custom level -> if browser privacy is
checked, referrers can not be accessed). |
[2]You are accessing the page from work through a proxy
server, and the proxy server disables referrers.
| Solution |
Please change the proxy server setting, or use
a proxy that allow access to referrers. |
[3]Your referrer settings are in tact, however
you have accessed the page directly from a bookmark.
| Solution |
Access the page from the top page, or a page
from WebDISCAT. |
[4]Your browser has a setting enabled with doesn't allow
referrers.
| Solution |
Please verify your browser settings and
disable any setting which doesn't allow referrers. |
